Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial does not require a card up front — start using NeuroPath right after signup, and you’ll only be asked for payment if you choose to keep going on day 15. We email a heads-up 3 days before the trial ends so nothing is a surprise.

Can NeuroPath replace my child’s therapist or BCBA?

No, and that’s by design. NeuroPath is built to work alongside your clinician, school team, and pediatrician — not instead of them. Think of it as real-time scaffolding between formal appointments. In a genuine clinical crisis, we route you to your child’s care team or appropriate emergency resources.

What is a “Blueprint” for my child?

A Blueprint is a teaching document that makes your child’s behavioral plan readable by anyone on the care team — grandparent, babysitter, substitute teacher. It covers their cognitive profile, behavioral framing, behavioral currency, environmental engineering, the IBRST matrix, and FCT communication — auto-generated from your uploaded IEP or BIP and refined with your clinician.

How is this different from apps like Wysa or Calm?

Generic wellness apps are designed for general wellbeing; they don’t know your child. NeuroPath is grounded in your child’s specific neuropsych profile, medication context, and school’s active BIP — and its behavioral protocols are built on Dr. Matt Edelstein’s peer-reviewed clinical research in pediatric behavior analysis. Different tool, different problem.

My child’s school uses a BIP. Can NeuroPath help us align?

Yes — that’s one of the highest-value uses. Upload the school’s BIP and NeuroPath translates it into a family-facing Blueprint in the same vocabulary your school team uses. If your school is already using NeuroPath, you can share the Blueprint with their team directly — one source of truth across school and home.

Is my child’s data private?

Yes. We operate on HIPAA-grade infrastructure (Google Cloud with BAA). We never sell or share your child’s data. Your information is never used to train external AI models. Full privacy policy at neuropathhealth.com/trust.

What if I can’t afford this?

Email support@neuropathhealth.com with a sentence or two about your situation. We review every case individually — there’s no public free tier, but we don’t want cost to be why a child can’t access their plan. We respond within 48 hours.

What languages does it actually speak?

14 languages. Spanish and Kreyòl Ayisyen are first-class — clinician-reviewed, not machine-translated afterthoughts — and always unlimited regardless of tier. Native fluency in 12 more, including English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. Your account downgrades to the free tier at the end of the current billing period — you keep all journal entries, uploaded documents, and share-cards. Nothing gets deleted. No “cancel by phone” dark patterns.

What’s your refund policy?

Not feeling it? Email support@neuropathhealth.com and we’ll process a full refund within 14 days of any monthly charge, or a prorated refund within 60 days of an annual charge. Two business days, no forms, no questions. Beyond those windows we can’t refund as a default — reach out anyway if your situation has changed and we’ll do what we can.

Does the app work without internet?

Install NeuroPath Family as a PWA on your phone (Add to Home Screen) and access your child’s Blueprint, daily log, and saved entries offline. Live Home Compass questions require a network connection because the clinical-grade response is generated in real time against your child’s plan.
